About me

Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a Functional & Integrative Registered Dietitian specializing in complex, chronic health concerns, particularly those that don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

Many of the individuals I work with have been told everything looks “normal,” yet still feel far from well. They’re often navigating a combination of digestive issues, hormone imbalances, histamine-related symptoms, and persistent fatigue, without a clear or cohesive plan forward.

My approach to this work is shaped by both clinical training and experience in high-acuity medical settings. I began my career at a large academic teaching hospital in Miami, where I worked across intensive care and transplant units, supporting patients through some of the most complex and demanding health conditions. That environment taught me how interconnected the body’s systems truly are, and how critical it is to think beyond isolated symptoms.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in the space between “everything is fine” and true, consistent well-being. This is where conventional approaches often fall short and where my work is focused.

I focus on creating structure where things feel unclear using nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted support to stabilize the nervous system, support digestion, and improve energy and metabolic function. Rather than relying on rigid protocols, I take a more individualized, systems-based approach that evolves based on how each person responds.

My background in engineering continues to influence how I think about health: as a series of interconnected systems that can be understood, supported, and optimized over time.

The goal is not just to improve symptoms, but to create a more stable, sustainable way of feeling well, one that fits into your real life.
